To add new users, go to the section: Users > Add > Add new user
Add in all details as above. For the profile image the recommended size is 200 pixels by 200 pixels.
- Add in your firstname & surname
- Add a username (Please ensure there are no spaces in your username)
- Add a valid email address
- Upload a profile image (Not compulsory) Recommended size is 200 pixels by 200 pixels.
- Choose user role:
- For adding a learner select “User Ltd” as the role.
- For adding a admin user select “Client admin” as the user role.
- Select a branch for the user (Choose “General” if no branches have been set)
- Add a password and password confirm
- Click “Submit”
