To add new users, go to the section: Users > Add > Add new user

Add in all details as above. For the profile image the recommended size is 200 pixels by 200 pixels.

  • Add in your firstname & surname
  • Add a username (Please ensure there are no spaces in your username)
  • Add a valid email address
  • Upload a profile image (Not compulsory) Recommended size is 200 pixels by 200 pixels.
  • Choose user role:
    • For adding a learner select “User Ltd” as the role.
    • For adding a admin user select “Client admin” as the user role.
  • Select a branch for the user (Choose “General” if no branches have been set)
  • Add a password and password confirm
  • Click “Submit”
